Scott Thomson Memorial Night — Trade Promotion Lottery Terms & Conditions
Promoters
The lottery is a trade promotion lottery conducted to promote the businesses of:
- Promoter 1 — Wright Group Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 16 682 151 015 (“Wright Group”).
- Promoter 2 — Ultracakes Pty Ltd trading as Ultra Tune Epping, Kilmore & Wallan, ABN 23 034 245 541 (“Ultra Tune”).
It is hosted and administered by Kilmore Football Netball Club, ABN 54 144 968 791 (“the Club”), on behalf of the Promoters. The Club does not hold or pay the prize money.
How to enter
- Each $100 Event ticket (admits 2 people; includes food and a drinks package) includes one complimentary entry in the lottery, registered to the named purchaser. Entry is included free with the ticket — there is no separate cost to enter, and entry is conditional on purchasing a ticket.
- Entrants must be 18 years or over. Information collected: name, mobile, email.
Entry period & draw
- Entries close: at the commencement of the draw.
- Draw: on the evening of Saturday 11 July 2026 at the JJ Clancy Reserve Community Pavilion, Kilmore VIC.
- How the draw works: numbers are drawn in reverse order from a bingo barrel and knocked out one at a time until three remain. The next number drawn wins 3rd prize, the next wins 2nd prize, and the last number remaining wins 1st prize. Every entry has a random and equal chance.

- Total pool $12,000. Each Promoter pays 50% of each prize directly to the winner by EFT within 28 days of the draw (on the night where possible). Each winner receives two payments totalling their prize.
- Winners are advised in writing and must complete a Prize Receipt and provide proof of identity and age. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cost is incurred to accept a prize.
The final three — split or play on
When three numbers remain, those three entrants have collectively won the entire $12,000 prize pool. Before the final draws they may choose, by unanimous agreement:
- Split — divide the $12,000 equally ($4,000 each), or in another split all three agree in writing; or
- Play on — continue the draw: the next number drawn wins 3rd ($500), the next wins 2nd ($1,500), and the last number standing wins 1st ($10,000).
A split requires all three finalists to agree; if any do not, the draw continues. The total prize pool paid is $12,000 in every case.
Contacting the final three: when three numbers remain, the three finalists are contacted — in the room, or by phone on the mobile registered with their entry. If a finalist cannot be reached within five minutes (up to five call attempts, one per minute), they forfeit their place and the most recently eliminated number (the 4th, then 5th, and so on) is reinstated in their place, subject to the same contact rule, until there are three contactable finalists.
Results, privacy & records
- The names of all three winners are published on the Club’s website and/or Facebook page for at least 28 days.
- Entrant information is used only to conduct the lottery, administer the Event, pay prizes and publish winners, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
- Records are kept for 3 years. The lottery is conducted under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) and governed by the laws of Victoria.
